Taitone Clay flash pavers manufacturing process

1. Use the hammer crusher grinds clay materials, then through trommel screening process,
 so that material particle size is 2mm or less, make the raw material mixing with water.

2. Put mixing raw material into aging libraries aging.

3. Put finished raw material into aging vacuum extruder extrusion to make formed green body brick

4. Put the green body into a dry kiln drying.

5. Fire the dried brick into the firing kiln to get ready brick.

6. Packaging.
